Pune Artist Sets Record by Making 100 kg Cake Version of Italy’s Milan Cathedral

Prachi, who has studied art under a famous cake brand named Sir Eddie Spence MBE in the United Kingdom, has developed a diet based on the great Milan Cathedral of Italy.

Pune-based international baker-maker Prachi Dhabal Deb has been honored by the World Records for planning a 100 kg vegan king ice cream diet, according to India Today. Prachi, who has studied art under a famous cake brand named Sir Eddie Spence MBE in the United Kingdom, has developed a diet based on the great Milan Cathedral of Italy. Known for making king-like flavors, Prachi draws inspiration from artistic designs around the world and incorporates that into its designs.

In his new work, he designed a large, noble icing system with his hands, which measures 4 feet 6 inches in height and 6 feet 4 inches in length. Reportedly, Prachi managed to remove the egg from the recipe of the king icing and developed icing vegan completely. It did so in partnership with an Indian company Sugarin and has made Vegan Royal Icing available in the markets.

Giving some light on the amazing icing system, Prachi told India Today that he has been working quietly for years in achieving the masterpiece. It turns out that planning and preparation for the icing takes a lot of time. He touched one of the trumpets for about 1,500[1,500]the pieces needed to display the cathedral, and he collected them for a month.

He pointed out that achieving perfection while modeling the program was a challenge for him but also said that he “fully enjoyed it”.

“I feel great that the result has been received by the company with enthusiasm,” Prachi said while acknowledging by the World Records, London. He emphasized that as an actor, he made a point of continuing to experiment and experiment with the king icing medium. Prachi shares that previously in 2014 he made a king-eating dining gazebo that was 3-4 inches. Eventually, he mastered his skills to design the 3.9-foot icing system in 2020 and finally was able to create an amazing cathedral this season.
