Over 80,000 pilgrims visit Kedarnath Dham on the fifth day -by Ecork

Authorities said the passengers were stopped in Sonprayag due to bad weather. (case)

On the fifth day of opening the gates of Kedarnath Dham, more than 80,000 pilgrims visited Kedarnath Dham and took Lord Kedarnath’s darshan.

SP, Rudraprayag, Ayush Aggarwal, told ANI over the phone that the flight to Kedarnath Dham is going smoothly and there is a queue among passengers for Darshan.

He added, “From the helipad in Kedarnath Dham to the temple, there is a long queue of devotees of Darshan Allah. Also, 6 devotees who came to Kedarnath for Hajj died due to the deterioration of their health.”

Mr Aggarwal also said that due to bad weather, passengers are stopped at Sonprayag and sent from Sonprayag to Kedarnath Dham after the weather turns clear.
