Jeep India is focused on increasing its sales number, and to do so, they plan on launching three new SUVs in India. The three launches will include two new SUVs with the return of the Compass Trailhawk.
These launches also include the much-awaited Jeep Meridian, which is a simple seven seater SUV with 4 × 4 to help you cross difficult terrain. In line with that, Jeep India has released a photo of the new SUV.
Jeep Meridian and Grand Cherokee will perform at the joint production facility in Ranjangaon, with Meridian set to have a high local level of more than 80%, ensuring competitive pricing.

According to the reports, the new SUV will be equipped with new specifications. It should first have the front independence section and the rear suspension. As a power source, it will have the same 2.0-liter device as the Compass tuned to carry more power.
There will be two variations, and an oil machine can be added later. Meridian production will begin in May, and the launch is scheduled to follow later. Along with it, the new Jeep Grand Cherokee will also be made in India.
The Grand Cherokee is one of the tallest SUVs from the manufacturer. It is expected to have a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine mated with 8-speed automatic transmission. It will also be equipped with relevant technologies such as 4×4, Quadra-Trac and Terrain-Traction Control System.
In addition, the Jeep Compass Trailhawk will be featured as an off-road feature of Compass. With a raised center suspension, four standard silver skid plates, and a standard 4 × 4 20: 1 Jeep Active Drive, it would be more accurate for the road.
