Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. of Manchester United and Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo scored the second goal for the Manchester United U-12 team when they defeated Girones Sabat 5-0 during the youth tournament in Spain. The 11-year-old started the game on the bench and was in the second half, while United were already on the move. In the 68th minute of the kick-off, Ronaldo Jr lifted a low head, crossed the crossbar and put the ball home from close range. He pulled out his father’s ‘Siuuuu’ logo.

Ronaldo Jr., who has joined United’s Academy, won his first trophy for the club two weeks ago at West Bromwich Albion.

Cristiano Ronaldo, on the other hand, joined Manchester United last summer, having left the club to sign for Real Madrid in the summer of 2009 for a reported fee of milionu 80 million.

During his nine seasons in Madrid, Ronaldo won four Champions Leagues and two La Liga titles among other honors.

Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, then joined Italian giants Juventus in the summer of 2018, and spent three seasons in Turin, winning Serie A titles in his first two seasons.

The 37-year-old, so far, has won 18 caps for United in all competitions, and will aim to net a little more before the end of the season.


United, however, have not been very good this season.

Having already relegated from the Champions League and two domestic cups, United found themselves seventh in the table table, six behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
