Centre extends HLL Lifecare bid submission deadline till March 14 | Companies News

NEW DELHI: The government has expanded for the second time until March 14 at the deadline for prospective buyers to submit EoIs for HLL-related care. The Department of Investment and Public Assets Management (DIPAM) on December 14 announced preliminary bids for the sale of 100 per cent of the government in the CPSE health sector.

The deadline for submission of interest (EoI) is January 31. This has been extended to February 28.

In a statement on its website, DIPAM said in view of further requests received from bidders to extend the deadline, the deadline for submission of EoI has been extended to March 14th.

The deadline for submissions to QIBs by DIPAM has also been extended by two weeks until March 28.

HLL, a CPSE under the Center for Health and Family Care, is involved in the production and marketing of many contraceptives, women’s health products, hospital supplies as well as other pharmaceutical products.

HLL also works in the provision of health and diagnostic services, consulting and contract services for health infrastructure services and consulting services for the purchase of medical equipment and equipment in the health sector and caters to domestic and international products.

As of March 31, 2021, the HLL-authorized capital is Rs 300 crore and its share capital is Rs 15.53 crore. With the extension of this weekend, HLL Lifecare’s strategic sale is now expected to break into the next fiscal year beginning April 1.
