Andhra Jagan Chief Minister Mohan Reddy arrested in racketeering case -by Ecork

The cousin of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy was arrested in a racketeering case on Tuesday after an investigation ordered by the President of the Yemeni Congress.

It is alleged that YS Konda Reddy was extorting money from the owner of a construction company in order to give them a tender.

The arrest was one of the rare cases of a politician in the country ordering action against his family.

Reddy had ordered a thorough investigation into the racketeering case, saying no one should be saved.
