New Delhi: Pay Commission 7th Latest News: Although Narendra Modi’s government has not made any public announcements about 18-18 DA loans and an increase in compliance, media reports have always been optimistic about the same for workers central government.
According to reports in the media, the Modi government may announce an increase in the proportion of central and state workers which will be pushing the minimum wage of higher middle workers. Central government workers’ groups are demanding a minimum wage of Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000 and the compliance factor is rising from 2.57 times to 3.68 times. According to media reports, the corresponding share of center staff could be decided soon. This means that there will be a significant increase in the basic salaries of government employees.
If the government announces a reduction in the proportion of central workers, then their wages will increase. In fact, with an increase in the compliance factor, the minimum wage will also increase. Workers are currently receiving wages under the corresponding factor on the basis of 2.57 per cent, which if increased to 3.68 per cent, an increase of Rs 8,000 will be on the minimum wage of the workers. This means the minimum wage for central government employees will be from Rs 18,000 to Rs 26,000.
